Does Every Course Attendee Gain Certification?

While course attendees will be eligible for certification at the end of our two-day course, not all achieve CSM status. While we do everything we can to make CSM certification easy for our attendees, there are a few reasons why a participant might not achieve CSM status.

Some aspiring ScrumMasters fail to take or pass the CSM exam that is administered by the Scrum Alliance. In other cases, participants don’t attend the full two-day course, and thus are ineligible for CSM status. Finally, some attendees simply forget to set up a profile with the Scrum Alliance. We can get you there, but you’ve got to take that final step.
